Luciana Molinari, DDS
Dr. Molinari was born in Argentina and raised in Venezuela. She earned her first dental degree at the Universidad Central de Venezuela in 1995. She opened her private practice in Caracas, Venezuela, and went back to school for a Master in Aesthetic and Implant Dentistry. In 2000 she became a part time faculty member as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the department of Restorative and Prosthodontics where she directed and lectured in courses for undergraduate students on the clinical and preclinical floor. She also managed several research projects.
In 2008 she moved to Key Biscayne, Florida, and after successfully completing all National Board Examinations and attending a two-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry Program at the University of Florida, she obtained her Florida dental license.
With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Molinari is a dedicated, detail-oriented and patient-focused professional with strong clinical knowledge. She provides state-of-the-art dental care with confidence and excellence.
She is also a mother of two and a former field hockey player who enjoys sports activities like running, biking, tennis and Pilates.
Jenny Rodríguez Chevrel, DDS
Dr. Jenny Rodriguez Chevrel graduated from Universidad Central de Venezuela with her dental degree in 1994. She then went on to obtain a master’s degree in aesthetic restorative dentistry at Universidad Santa Maria in Caracas. She started two practices in 2000 with very innovative environments that set the path for others to follow in her native Venezuela. After over 25 years of experience, Dr. Rodriguez Chevrel came to the United States and obtained her two-year residency certificate of Advanced Education in General Dentistry from the University of Florida in 2019, pursuing her passion for her profession.
Dr. Rodriguez Chevrel is fluent in English, Spanish and has a good knowledge of French. A mother of three children, she loves to spend time with her family traveling and discovering new places and cultures.
Marijan De Vanna, DDS
Dr. Marijan De Vanna is a dedicated dentist with international training and extensive clinical experience in comprehensive patient care. Originally trained in Venezuela and now fully licensed in the United States, Dr. De Vanna combines a strong academic foundation with a passion for restorative and preventive dentistry. With nearly a decade of hands-on experience, they are committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care, always prioritizing comfort, clear communication, and long-term oral health.

Rosa Cicenia
Office Manager
As a teenager, Rosa admired her uncle who was a dentist. Following him for a year, she fell in love with dentistry. Rosa graduated as a dentist from Universidad Central de Venezuela and later she shared a practice with her uncle. She was a teacher in the Universidad Santa Maria. Later she moved to Madrid where she assisted a local dentist before finally moved to Miami with her family, where she got her license as a dental hygienist. Her social skills have motivated her to pursue the challenge of managing the office of Smile at Coconut Grove now. Our staff and patients know they can rely on her.
Away from the office, Rosa puts her talent for manual tasks at work, by creating pottery.
Yadira Aguilera
Insurance Coordinator
For over 8 years, Yadira has been an insurance coordinator. Her great work ethic and her outstanding skill in manage people are her best qualities. That is why all of our patients love her! She started in the health field as a dental assistant in Tampa. She moved to Miami and immediately fell in love with the city. She enjoys doing yoga and taking care of her three kids when she is not taking care of our patients.
Michelle Boggs
Dental Hygienist
Michelle has worked with Dr. Molinari for the past four years. She has been a dental hygienist since 2003. Michelle graduated from Miami Dade College with an associate in science. She has tremendous experience and compassion. Our patients love her! They always refer to her treatment as an amazing experience and always come back asking just for her. She also loves to travel!
Karla Gomez
Dental Hygienist
Karla received her Associate of Science degree in dental hygiene from Miami Dade College and has been with Smile at Coconut Grove ever since. Her love and dedication to her patients can be found in her gentle touch and ready smile. She is always ready with tips to keep her patients’ teeth shiny and new. When she is not working out, Karla can be found with her two kids.
Gerardo Blanco
Dental Hygienist
I’m Gerardo Blanco, a dedicated dental professional with over 15 years of experience. I graduated as a Dentist in Venezuela in 2008 and worked there until 2011 before relocating to Miami. In 2014, I began my career in the U.S. as a dental assistant, and after years of hands-on experience, I earned my license as a Dental Hygienist in 2018. My focus as a Dental Hygienist is on providing comprehensive oral care that ensures patients feel comfortable and at ease during their visit. Understanding the common fear of dental appointments, I prioritize patient comfort while delivering gentle, thorough care. I am truly passionate about my work and love being able to improve my patients’ smiles, oral hygiene, and confidence every day.
Outside of the office, I enjoy sports and cherish time with my family.
Angie Duque

Angie has been with us since 2009. Prior to joining our team. she worked in the general practice residency program at the Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago. Angie really loves her job and it shows! The doctors, her teammates and the patients all adore her! She spends her time in the office taking care of our patients and making sure that they feel like they are a part of the family. Away from the office, she spends time with her two kids. She also loves to jog and is into living a healthy lifestyle.

I earned my degree as a General Dentist in 2009 from the University of Carabobo in Venezuela and later, in 2013, completed a specialization in Esthetic Dentistry in Bauru, Brazil. After relocating to the city of Miami, I obtained my Dental Hygienist license in 2021. With over 16 years of experience in dentistry, I am deeply passionate about oral health and enjoy educating, guiding, and supporting my patients in achieving and maintaining healthy, confident smiles. In my free time, I love spending quality time with my family and friends and enjoying relaxing days at the beach.
